Established on June 24, 1982, BC Regensdorf swiftly underwent a name transition within a year, adopting the title of Olympia Basket Regensdorf.

This designation became synonymous with commendable achievements and the consistent advancement of our esteemed fanion teams over a span exceeding 15 years.

Basketball Regensdorf, with all its youth teams in the U6–U18 age groups, now forms a strong youth division and thus provides the future talent for the elite teams of Phönix Basket.

We have been extremely successful in our youth development efforts, having significantly increased the number of young players over the past few years, and we will participate in the regional championships in the upcoming 2026/2027 season with a total of 16 youth teams.

We are striving to take another step forward by fielding at least two teams in every age category and, starting no later than the U10 level, also launching an all-girls team.
